Do you clean pools?
No. We handle the technical side: water treatment, plant room equipment, electrics and lighting. Cleaning stays with your usual provider.
The water has turned green. Can you help?
In most cases, yes. Send photos of the water and plant room so we can assess the treatment needed and check for equipment faults.
Do you work with residential buildings?
Yes. We carry out work at the property manager's request and provide a record of each visit with photos.
The pump has stopped. What should I send?
Photos or a short video of the pump and electrical panel, plus the make and model if visible. We use this to assess the problem and propose the work needed.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Unhos, Loures, and work across Loures, Lisbon and the surrounding area. Please ask about other locations.
