Created from maintaining a real gym
Lumigym was born from the need to organise a gym's maintenance without relying on spreadsheets and loose messages. It was designed for the people who look after the machines, the pool area and the facilities every day.

Frequently asked questions
How much does Lumigym cost?
Without a maintenance contract: €59 per month, excluding VAT, for up to 20 users. With a Luminous Impulse maintenance contract: €29 per month. There is a one-off setup of €150 to load floor plans and zones, import your file and train the team. The price includes the equipment record, QR codes and preventive maintenance. Lumigym is a package for gyms only.
Is it a member management program?
No. It does not handle members, classes, entries or fees. It handles maintenance only: requests, preventive work, equipment and reports.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It works in the browser, on a computer or a phone.
Can I bring my existing Excel history?
Yes. At setup we load the requests that are still open; the older history can stay in the file as an archive.
Can I see it before signing up?
